摘　　要：学术界中有关"失独家庭"的研究成果十分丰富,这里运用成果分类方法将成果分为期刊论文、科研项目和学术专著三大类,运用词频分析方法归纳出各年的热点关键词,运用主题分析法分析失独家庭的概念界定和规模估计,阐述失独家庭的困境主要是经济窘迫、养老危机、心理障碍和社交困境,其产生原因主要有计划生育政策、风险社会和传统养老观念,并且从宏观政府政策层面,中观社会保障层面和微观个案研究层面归纳出学术界对失独家庭的对策。指出了现有研究中在心理建议专业性缺乏,失独群体互助的关注程度低以及帮扶主体多限于政府,非营利组织和社工的帮扶研究较少等方面存在的不足。因此,需要在失独家庭的研究领域中引入心理学、社会学等多个学科范畴,促成学科交叉研究,加强失独家庭群体建设和互助的理论研究,并且能够开拓出除了问卷、访谈和个案研究之外更新的研究方法,希望为后续研究者研究失独家庭领域提供理论依据。The research results on ＂shidu＂family are abundant.The paper divides the research results into three categories：journal articles,research projects and academic monographs in the way of classification,concludes hot keywords of each year by word frequency analysis,and also analyzes the definition of the concept ＂shidu＂family and its size evaluation in the way of subject analysis.It deals with the plights of ＂shidu＂family：mainly economic distress,the pension crisis,psychological and social difficulties due to the planning policy and the risk of social and traditional pension ideas.The way to solve these families ranges from government policy from the macro level to mezzo and micro levels of social security case studies summarized in academic world.It points out the deficiencies in the present research such as the lack of the professional psychological suggestion,the less attention to the mutual help among the ＂shidu＂families and the helping subject too limited to government,lacking nonprofits organizations and social workers.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce more subjects like psychology,sociology and so on into the study of ＂shidu＂family,contributing to interdisciplinary research,strengthening the theoretical research on the group construction and mutual help of the ＂shidu＂family,and developing new research methods in addition to questionnaire,interview and case study.In a word,it is wished that this paper will provide subsequent researchers with theoretical basis on the research of ＂shidu＂family.
