摘　　要：薄壁零件的加工一直是诸多工艺人员研究的对象,但基本都是对厚度为1 mm甚至2 mm以上零件的加工,对更薄壁的加工研究鲜见报道。对0.5 mm超薄壁筒状零件的机械加工工艺方法进行了探讨,提供了加工路线、加工工艺及工装的要求,通过此工艺方法加工的超薄壁筒状零件达到了图纸要求。Machining super-thin wall parts has been the object for many process researchers, and there are many on the thickness for the processing lmm even more than 2mm parts. There are few research report on super-thin-walled processing research. Mechanical processing method of 0.5mm thin wall cylindrical work piece is discussed, providing the processing route, machining process and tooling requirements, through the super-thin wall cylindrical parts processing by this method reached the requirements of the drawings.
