摘  要:提出一种基于TC787和S7-200PLC的逻辑无环流可逆直流调速系统的改造方法,利用TC787芯片为核心的触发电路实现调速系统主电路触发,并用PLC软件编程实现系统逻辑无环流切换及转速和电流双闭环控制功能。运行调试证明该系统可实现可逆无环流直流调速目的,并具有较高的稳定性、快速性和抗干扰能力。Put forward a reform method of logic non circulating current reversible speed control system based on the S7-200 PLC and TC787. It realized the trigger circuit of main circuit in speed control system by using the TC787 chip as the core of the trigger, and realized the function of logic switch and speed and current double closed loop control based on PLC software.Debugging of system running certificate the system can realize the purpose of regulating speed reversible without circulating current and has high stability, reliability, rapidity. There is realistic significance to the transformation of the traditional equipment.
