摘  要:介绍了Altair Opti Struct优化功能在天线座结构设计中的应用。首先将旋转关节支架结构进行拓扑优化,其动态性能有了极大的提高,一阶固有频率提高了66.67%,二阶固有频率提高了235%。其次介绍了在支臂结构的拓扑优化中,利用Optistruct最新的前处理器Inspire,计算出材料的最佳分布。Opti Struct强大的优化设计功能可以更加科学有效的进行结构设计,使零件的材料布置更加合理,克服了以往靠经验设计,仅考虑零件的功能性需求,忽视其可靠性的缺陷。优化后产品运行良好,证明了优化的正确性。Introduces the application of AhairOptiStruct optimization function in structural design of antenna pedestal. First of all, the topology optimization of rotary joint support structure, its dynamic performance is greatly improved, the first-order natural frequency is increased by 66.67%, the two order natural frequency is increased by 235%. Secondly introduces the support arm structure topology optimization, using the pre proeessor of the latest Optistruet Inspire, calculate the optimal distribution of materials. Optimization design of the powerful function of OptiStruct, structure design can be more scientific and effective, so that the material arrangement of parts is more reasonable, to overcome the past rely on the experience of design, only consider the functional requirements of parts, defect of ignoring its reliability. After optimizing the product runs well and proved the correctness of optimization.
