摘　　要：通过对城际动车组铝合金车顶结构的分析,结合铝合金材料焊接的特点,制定了合理的焊接顺序、焊接工艺参数、装配要求。对于焊接过程中出现的问题,分析原因,制定解决措施,完善工艺方法,保证城际动车组铝合金车顶的焊接质量。Through the analysis of the roof structure of aluminum alloy intercity EMUs, combined with the characteristics of aluminium alloy welding, reasonable welding sequence, welding parameters, the assembly requirements set. For the problems in the welding process, analyzes the reasons, making solutions, perfect process, ensure the welding quality of intercity EMUs aluminum alloy roof.
