摘　　要：作者校对是学术期刊确保编辑质量的重要环节,对于异地作者,需采用远程校对方式。早期是通过邮局邮寄校对清样。随着信息技术的发展,编辑工作者开始探讨采用网络传送电子校样,其中主要的努力方向是将方正书版文件转换为PDF文件,再利用各种PDF阅读器打开阅读并进行注释、校改。这一模式经过不断探索已趋于成熟,在实践中取得了良好的效果。Writer＇s proofreading is an important part to ensure the quality of the academic journals, and long-distance proofreading is needed for writers in other cities. The Proof was sent through post office in early time. With the development of information technology, editors began to explore to send electronic proofs through network. Most of them will choose to convert Founder Bookmaker System document into PDF document, and then read it and make annotation. This mode has become mature and achieved good practical effects after continuous exploration.
