摘 要:针对渠灌区计量平板闸门的结构特点,采用APDL参数化有限元分析技术,建立平板闸门的三维有限元参数化模型并研究分析水压作用下,加强筋间距、门板板厚、铝合金薄板厚度等关键结构参数对闸门变形的影响规律.综合考虑结构参数对闸门质量的影响关系,得到跨度为2 m、高度为1.7 m的平板闸门,在保证强度和刚度要求前提下的关键结构参数值,使得闸门总体结构合理,达到轻量化设计的目的.According to the structure of plate gate in irrigation areas, the three-dimensional finite element paramemc mode for plate gate was set up by using APDL parametric finite element analysis technology. Some essential structure parameters under the condition of water pressures were fully analyzed as well, such as stiffener spacing, thickness of plating, thickness of aluminum alloy sheet etc. By considering the relationship on quality of the plate gate influenced by structure parameters, the plate gate with span in 2 m and 1.7 m in height can be achieved as well, in order to guarantee some essential structure parameter values with requirements for strength and stiffness. All this make its structure equitable and can meet the requirements for lightweight design.
