摘　　要："中国梦"的提出具有非常重要的理论意义和现实意义,它在一定程度上关系着中华民族和世界的未来走向,关系着每一个中国人的生活。"中国梦"应该具有开放性、对话性、多层次性等特征。就实现"中国梦"而言,当下中国既具有有利条件,也存在许多制约因素。要真正实现"中国梦",必须处理好现实与理想、个体之梦与国家之梦、民族梦与世界梦三个辩证关系。＂Chinese Dream＂ has very important theoretical and realistic significance on China and the World. To some extent, it concerns the future of Chinese nation, the world and Chinese＇s life. ＂The Chinese Dream＂ should be open, communicative and multi-level. China has both advantages and disadvantages to realize ＂Chinese Dream＂. Three aspects relations should he realized： reality and ideality; individual and country; nation and world.
