摘　　要：日本政府主导通过的《特定秘密保护法案》(简称密保法)引发包括图书馆界在内的日本各界的强烈反对。日本图书馆界发布四份反对声明表达反对意见,指出密保法破坏图书馆自由,侵害认知自由,破坏国民主权、民主主义。日本图书馆界通过组织进修、开展讲座让馆员和社会知晓密保法的危害。日本图书馆界专家通过各种场合发表反对密保法的意见。日本图书馆界对密保法与图书馆关系的认识会随着探索研究而进一步深入。Japan’s Act on Protection of Specified Secrets has caused strong oppositions from Japanese socie-ty,including libraries.The libraries had maken four statements ot express oppositions on the act,which was pointed out that infringed people’s right to know,broke the principles of people’s sovereignty and democracy.The libraries carried activities such as trainings and lectures to make librarians and peolpe know the detriment of the act.Experts of libraries expressed their oppositions to the act through a variety of occasions.Japanese libraries will understand the relationship between the act and libraries more well through further studies.
