俄罗斯盲人图书馆视障服务的特点与启示

摘　　要：俄罗斯有72个盲人图书馆。俄罗斯盲人图书馆的服务对象除了视障人士,还包括其他残疾人。文章概述俄罗斯盲人图书馆视障服务的特点:信息无障碍利用、培养阅读素养、信息需求调查、重视馆藏文献资源建设、书目推荐、图书送到身边、数字化服务、个性化服务、注重对外合作等。最后指出对我国公共图书馆视障服务的启示。There are 72 federal libraries for the blind in Russia.Russian Braille libraries service the visually impaired and the other people with disabilities.The artide summaries the characteristics of the visually impaired serv-ice in the Russian Braille library：developing information barrier -free utilization,cultivating reader’s literacy,ca-ring the information demand investigation,and attaching great importance to the library literature resources construc-tion,recommended bibliography,books sent to the side,the digital service,personalized service,and the internation-al cooperation,etc.Finally it points out the enlightenment for our libray.
