摘 要:开埠前上海滨海开放的自然生态被政治强权人为隔绝,强化了居于传播秩序顶端君王的权威。经济生活的多元和人口的流动,又重新建构了上海社会因循商品买卖关系形成的人际传播活动,稳定的权力关系架构防范着未来社会变动的发生,更在意识形态上将识字者对政治体制的破坏扼杀于无形。显然,上海开埠前的保守封闭和开埠后的崇洋媚西,都不是合理的文化生态,因此,要建构一种平衡的文化生态理论,用一种"非我的"眼光来重新审视自己,跳出了自身文化的限制,扩大自我,来承受和容纳外来的文化。Before the First Opium War, the coastal natural ecosystem in Shanghai, which should have been open to the public, was dominated by those political authorities, thus highlighting the monarchy's omnipotence in the communication hierarchy. On the one hand, its economy life was getting diversifi ed, and people were on the move, which required reconstructing the human communication activity, which used to be built on the basis of commodity selling and buying in society. On the other, those of upper-class indulged themselves in the seemingly stable power relationship, and were cautious to any acts, ideologically, which would dismantle their power. Such conservativeness featured the cultural ecology before the war, while after that, it turned out to too open and foreign. Obviously, both were not appropriate enough. Thus, it is necessary to re-construct a balanced cultural ecology theory, which would refl ect itself, and better understand, tolerate, and learn from cultures.of others.
