摘　　要：美国糖尿病学会每年均发布最新糖尿病诊疗指南,依据循证医学证据,将相关知识点进行更新。本文列出2014版糖尿病指南更新要点并做浅析,内容包括糖尿病诊断标准、代谢控制目标、生活方式干预、降糖药物的应用、自我血糖监测等方面,以助于临床医生更好地学习、理解及应用指南指导临床实践。Standards of medical care in diabetes is updated by American Diabetes Association every year. Knowledge points were updated based on new evidence-based literatures. In order to get a better understanding and apply the guideline in clinical practice, we analyzed the knowledge points about diabetes guideline of 2014 version, including the diagnosis of diabetes, metabolic control target, interventions of life style, pharmacological therapy for diabetes and self-monitoring of blood glucose, etc.
