1例变态反应性支气管肺曲霉菌病患者的药学监护

摘　　要：1例58岁男性患者,有支气管哮喘史50年,支气管肺曲霉菌病史3年,加重7 d入院,诊断为变态反应性支气管肺曲霉菌病。临床药师对该患者进行全程药学监护,主要包括糖皮质激素、伊曲康唑、抗菌药物的调整以及药品不良反应的监测,同时对患者进行用药教育,保障患者用药安全、有效。治疗50 d后,患者病情好转出院。One 58-year-old male patient with bronchial asthma for 50 years and bronchopulmonary aspergillosis for 3 years was hospitalized because of exacerbation for 7 days. Clinical pharmacist took pharmaceutical care on the adjustment of the glucocorticoids, itraconazole and antibacterials, and monitored the adverse drug reaction during the whole treatments. Clinical pharmacist provided medication education for the patient and played an important role in the safety as well as effectiveness of drug use. After 50 days, the patient got recovery and was discharged.
