摘  要:室内测定了不同温度和不同植物生长调节剂(芸苔素内酯、萘乙酸及复硝酚钠)处理对苘麻种子萌发的影响.结果表明:低温处理对苘麻种子萌发具有显著的促进作用,发芽率可达到90%以上;不同质量浓度的芸苔素内酯、萘乙酸和复硝酚钠浸种处理后,苘麻种子的发芽率与CK相比均无显著性差异,4、8、16mg/L质量浓度的复硝酚钠对发芽势具有显著的促进效应,0.5、1、2mg/L质量浓度的芸苔素内酯对发芽指数具有显著的抑制效应;经过5℃低温处理后再经3种植物生长调节剂浸泡处理,对苘麻种子的萌发并无明显促进作用,在高质量浓度时反而表现出了更加显著的抑制效应.打破苘麻种子休眠以低温处理的方法为佳.The effects of different temperature and plant growth regulators (brassinolide,NAA and compound sodium nitrophenolate) treatment on velvetleaf seed germination were studied in laboratm'y.The results showed that low temperature treatment on seed germination had a significant role in promoting the germination rate can reach 90%; after different concentrations of brassinolide,NAA and sodium nitrophenoIate soaking treatment,germination rate of velvetleaf seed had no significant difference compared with controls,4,8,16 mg/L concentration of compound sodium nitrophenolate had significant prmnoting effect on germination energy,0.5,1,2 mg/L concentration of brassinolide had a significant inhibitory effect on germination index;through 5 ~C low temperature processing,then by three kinds of plant growth regulators soaking, seed germination of velvetleaf no role in promoting,but at high concentrations showed a more significant inhibitory effeet.Abutilon break seed dormancy in low treatment method is better.
