摘　　要：通过ANSYS分析软件对7022铝合金TIG焊接过程进行了有限元模拟分析，获得了7022铝合金TIG焊接过程的温度场分布云图，并通过温度场分析了其焊接过程的温度变化规律。In this paper, the TIG welding process of 7022 aluminum alloy was analyzed by the ANSYS software. The temperature field and stress field contours were obtained. The temperature and stress variation in the welding process were an- alyzed by the obtained stress and temperature fields.
