摘 要:7022铝合金板材焊接形成焊缝区域,其性能与母材有一定的差异,为了更好的掌握焊缝区域性能,本文通过TIG焊对7022铝合金进行焊接并分析其焊缝接头性能。结果显示母材区晶粒粗大,焊缝的晶粒细小.焊缝区域与热影响区有明显的过渡的熔合区;7022铝合金TIG焊接接头抗拉强度仅为母材的15.7%,热影响区的硬度比焊缝区域高,但低于母材区。In the weld region, its properties with the base metal have certain differences. In order to better grasp charac- teristics of weld region, 7022 aluminum alloy was welded by TIG and the properties of the weld joint were analyzed in this pa- per. The results show that the base metal has coarse grains, the weld region has tiny grains, and the obvious transition of fu- sion zone is existed between the weld region and heat affected zone. Tensile strength of 7022 aluminum alloy TIG welded joint was only about 15.7% of the base metal. The hardness in heat affected zone is higher than in the weld region, but below the base metal.
