走罐疗法治疗儿童哮喘对肺功能影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察走罐对小儿哮喘发作期肺功能的影响。方法:120例小儿哮喘患儿,随机分成两组:对照组和观察组。对照组采用基础治疗:沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂、丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂联合运用。观察组:在基础治疗基础上,通过辨证选取相应的腧穴走罐治疗。7 d为1个疗程,第1个疗程结束2 d后再行下1个疗程,总共2个疗程。两组分别于治疗前和治疗1周后检查肺功能并统计。结果:治疗2个疗程后,患儿最大呼气峰流速(PEF)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)数值两组比较差异有显著性,观察组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率98.3%。结论:运用中医基础理论,通过辨证选取穴位,疏风解表、疏通卫气、温通肺络、健脾祛湿、补肾纳气,以达到改善肺功能。在临床辅助治疗小儿哮喘的功效确切。Objective：To observe the effect of moving cupping therapy on lung function of children with asthma at the attack stage. Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted the basic treatment：combination therapy of salmeterolfluticasone powder for inhalation andfluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol. The observation group besides the basic treatment,used moving cupping therapy on the corresponding acupoints selected by syndrome differentiation. 7 days was a course of treatment and next course began 2 days after the first course of treatment and the total treatment contained 2 courses. The two groups were respectively examined lung function which were statistically recorded before and 1 week after the treatment. Results：After 2 courses of treatment,the valuesof maximum peak expiratory flow（PEF） and forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1） in the two groups were significantly different and the total effective rate of the observation group was 100%. At the same time,the observation group＇s was 98.3%. Conclusion：It uses the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and selects acupoints by syndrome differentiation and uses methods of soothing wind to resolve the exterior,soothing Wei-Qi,warming and dredging lung collaterals,strengthening spleen to expel dampness and tonifying kidney to receive Qi in order to improve the lung function. The effect in clinical adjunctive therapy of pediatric asthma is accurate.
