摘  要:目的:优选(无糖型)胃炎灵颗粒剂中枳实、黄连、赤芍、白芍的提取工艺。方法:以出固率和柚皮苷、盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷的得率为指标,以料液比、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选(无糖型)胃炎灵颗粒剂中枳实、黄连、赤芍、白芍的提取工艺。结果:最佳的提取工艺为加8倍量水提取3次,每次2 h。结论:该优选工艺稳定可靠、重复性良好,为(无糖型)胃炎灵颗粒剂中有效成分的提取提供实验依据。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Aurantii fructus immaturus,Coptidis rhizoma,Radix paeoniae rubra and Radix paeoniae alba of sugar-free Weiling Granules. Method:Taking yield of naringin,Berberine hydrochloride,paeoniflorin and extract as indexes,the orthogonal text was designed to optimize extraction method of Citrus aurantium,Coptis chinensis,Radix paeoniae rubra and Radix paeoniae alba of sugar-free Weiling Granules with extraction time,extraction times and the amount of water as factors. Results:The optimize extraction technology was as follows:extracted three times with 8 times the amount of water and 2 hours for each time. Conclusions:The results show that the process of the preparation is reasonable and the product quality is stable,providing the experimental basis for the active ingredients of sugar-free Weiling Granules.
