摘　　要：目的:优选(无糖型)胃炎灵颗粒剂中枳实、黄连、赤芍、白芍的提取工艺。方法:以出固率和柚皮苷、盐酸小檗碱、芍药苷的得率为指标,以料液比、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选(无糖型)胃炎灵颗粒剂中枳实、黄连、赤芍、白芍的提取工艺。结果:最佳的提取工艺为加8倍量水提取3次,每次2 h。结论:该优选工艺稳定可靠、重复性良好,为(无糖型)胃炎灵颗粒剂中有效成分的提取提供实验依据。Objective：To optimize the extraction technology of Aurantii fructus immaturus,Coptidis rhizoma,Radix paeoniae rubra and Radix paeoniae alba of sugar-free Weiling Granules. Method：Taking yield of naringin,Berberine hydrochloride,paeoniflorin and extract as indexes,the orthogonal text was designed to optimize extraction method of Citrus aurantium,Coptis chinensis,Radix paeoniae rubra and Radix paeoniae alba of sugar-free Weiling Granules with extraction time,extraction times and the amount of water as factors. Results：The optimize extraction technology was as follows：extracted three times with 8 times the amount of water and 2 hours for each time. Conclusions：The results show that the process of the preparation is reasonable and the product quality is stable,providing the experimental basis for the active ingredients of sugar-free Weiling Granules.
