摘　　要：明代张景岳在《景岳全书》中对呕吐的辨治颇有特色,其辨治可从以下几方面概括:首辨虚实辨治之纲;呕有多因细审详辨;安胃为本勿伐脾土;治分虚实贵在知权;治虚之呕当审气味。对后世的临床具有指导意义。ZHANG Jingyue in the Ming dynasty had some characteristics about differentiation treatment on vomiting in his book named Jingyue＇s Complete Book. The syndrome differentiation can be summarized into several parts as below：deficiency and excess as syndrome differentiation＇s program;several causes of vomiting which need differentiation carefully;calming stomach being the fundamental without damaging spleen;understanding of vomiting seriousness when differentiation on deficiency and excess. As for deficiency vomiting,the smell should be explored. It is helpful for later traditional Chinese medicine doctors.
