HPLC-ELSD法测定痰咳净片中桔梗皂苷D含量

摘　　要：目的：建立痰咳净片中桔梗皂苷D的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法-蒸发光散射检测器（HPLC-ELSD）,色谱柱为Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）,流动相为乙腈-水（26∶74）,流速为1.0 mL/min,ELSD漂移管温度为80℃,气体流速为2.6 SLPM/min。结果：桔梗皂苷D进样量在0.499 4-12.485 4μg线性范围内峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）,平均回收率98.51%,RSD=0.8%（n=6）。结论：该方法准确、可靠,重复性好,灵敏度高,可用于痰咳净片的质量控制标准。Objective：To establish a method for determination the content of platycodin D in Compound Tankejing Tablets. Method：High performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector（HPLC-ELSD）method was used. The column was Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μ m）and the mobile phase acetonitrile water was 26∶74. The flow rate was 1.0 m L/min and the ELSD drift tube temperature was 80 ℃ and the gas flow rate was 2.6 SLPM/min. Results：The linear range of Platycodin D was0.499 4-12.485 4 μg（r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 98.51%,RSD=0.8%（n=6）. Conclusion：The method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility and high sensitivity and can be used for the quality control of Compound Tankejing Tablets.
