中药制剂中超细粉技术研究分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药制剂中超细粉技术的应用价值。方法:取三七药材饮片,粉碎分别过400目和100目,得三七超细粉和粗粉,均用1%CMC-Na(羧甲基纤维素钠盐)配成固体浓度为5.5%的悬浮液,同时设立生理盐水组、维生素K1组。采用昆明小鼠为实验对象,观察三七超细粉组和粗粉组、生理盐水组、维生素K1组4组对小鼠止血实验、小鼠凝血实验和扭体反应实验的影响。结果:与生理盐水组比较,等浓度的三七粗粉组和细粉组均能明显减少小鼠的出血时间(P<0.05);三七5.5%细粉组比三七5.5%粗粉组止血时间短,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);与生理盐水组比较,5.5%的三七粗粉组和细粉组均能显著减少小鼠的凝血时间(P<0.05);三七5.5%细粉组比三七5.5%粗粉组凝血时间短,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。与生理盐水组比较,5.5%的三七粗粉组和细粉组均能显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05),三七5.5%细粉组与三七5.5%粗粉组相比,两者在扭体反应次数上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超细粉技术应用于中医药领域中还处于探索阶段,但发展前景可观的,形势喜人。Objective：To investigate the value of traditional Chinese medicine preparation super fine powder technology. Methods：Notoginseng prepared pieces were crushed over 400 projects and 100 mesh. Both ultra-fine powder and coarse powder were added into 1% CMC-Na（sodium carboxymethyl cellulose）to make the suspension with the concentration of 5.5%. At the same time,the normal saline group and vitamin K1 group were established. Adopted as experimental subjects,we observed Panax ultra-fine powder and coarse powder,normal saline,vitamin K1 groups＇ mice bleeding,clotting effects and writhing test. Results：Compared with the saline group,the same concentration of coarse and fine powder could significantly reduce the bleeding time in mice（P〈0.05）. 5.5% coarse powder group had a shorter bleeding time compared with that of the 5.5% fine powder group with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Compared with the saline group,they both can significantly reduce the clotting time of mice（P〈0.05）and 5.5% coarse powder group had shorter time than the 5.5% fine powder group with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Compared with the saline group,both of the 5.5% coarse and fine powder group can significantly reduce the writhing reaction times of mice（P〈0.05）and 5.5% coarse powder group had a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The ultra-powder technology used in medicine is still in the exploratory stage and the development is of promising and gratifying.
