冠心病早搏中医证型分布研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心病早搏中医证型分布研究规律及冠心病相关危险因素对其辨证分型的影响。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,从中医辨证角度,探讨符合冠心病早搏临床特点的中医证型分布规律;探索其中医证型与患者年龄、性别、病程、冠心病类型相关性及冠心病各个危险因素的相关性;以及中医分型与冠脉病变程度关系分析。结果:冠心病早搏中医证型分布为心血瘀阻型>气阴两虚型>痰火扰心型>心阳不振型>心脾两虚型;冠心病心律失常中医证型与患者年龄、性别、病程及冠心病类型无关;冠心病危险因素血脂异常与家族史与中医证型存在相关关系;中医证型与病变血管部位无关,与病变血管支数相关;冠心病证型与病变积分方面:心血瘀阻型冠脉病变程度比痰火扰心型、心脾两虚型严重,各证型冠脉病变程度均较心脾两虚型严重。结论:冠心病早搏中医证型与体质具有相关性。Objective：To observe the TCM syndrome distribution of premature beats of coronary heart disease and the influence of risk factors on syndrome differentiation. Methods：A retrospective study was used from a TCM perspective to explore the syndromes distribution of premature beats of coronary heart disease which met the clinical features and it explored its relationships with age,sex,duration of disease,types of coronary heart disease and the risk factors of coronary artery disease. Results：The syndromes distribution of premature beat of coronary heart syndrome was blood stasis typeYin deficiency typephlegm-fire disturbing heartheart yang deficiency typeheart and spleen deficiency type. The arrhythmia syndromes of coronary heart disease was not associated with age,gender,duration or the coronary heart disease types. The abnormal blood lipid was associated with the family history as well as the TCM syndromes. TCM syndromes were not associated with the locations but associated with the damaged vessels. The heart blood stasis type was more severe than phlegm-fire disturbing heart and heart and spleen deficiency type. And all types were more severe than heart and spleen deficiency type than. Conclusion：TCM syndromes of premature beat of coronary heart disease and physical health have relevance.
