名老中医治疗冠心病心绞痛用药频率分析  

Analysis of Medication Frequency in Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris by Distinguished Veteran TCM Doctors

摘　　要：目的:用统计学方法分析名老中医治疗冠心病心绞痛验案的用药规律。方法:将搜集到的375份80年代后名老中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的验案输入到验案分析系统,应用验案分析系统的统计功能建立用药频率表。结果:在375份医案中,共用中药218种。其中用药次数最多者为丹参,共212次,频率为61.81%,川芎、瓜蒌、黄芪、当归、薤白的应用频率较高,均大于30%,为名老中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的高频中药。结论:经研究发现益气活血、宽胸散结是冠心病心绞痛的最常用治法。此分析结果更清晰、简洁易懂,对冠心病心绞痛的中医临床用药具有指导价值。Objective：To analyze the law on medication in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris by distinguished veteran TCM doctors with statistical method. Methods：375 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris treated with distinguished veteran TCM doctors in 1980 s were recorded in the analyzing system and the medication frequency chart was set up. Results：Of 375 cases,218 kinds of Chinese medicines were used,in which the medication frequency of Danshen（salvia miltiorrhiza）was the highest,up to 212 times,accounting for 61.81%. The frequencies of Danshen（salvia miltiorrhiza）,Chuanxiong（ligusticum wallichii）,Gualou（trichosanthes kirilowii maxim）,Huagnqi（astragalus）,Danghui（angelica sinensis）and Xiebai（allii macrostemi bulbus）were high,over 30%. The distinguished veteran TCM doctors used these herbs in a high frequency in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Conclusion：The study discovers that tonifying qi,invigorating the circulation of blood,relieving chest stiffness to dissipate mass are the most common principles in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris. The results in analysis are quite clear and easily understood,which are valuable to guide the clinical medication in treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with TCM.
