摘　　要：目的:通过分析112例中风中经络患者中医辨证分型与头颅MRI影像特点,探寻中风中经络中医辨证的MRI影像规律性。方法:分析112例中风中经络患者的中医辨证分型及MRI影像学特点,利用医学统计方法分析、归纳、总结二者的相关性。结果:中风中经络的中医辨证分型与头颅MRI影像学中的病变部位有相关关系。结论:头颅MRI影像学诊断可以成为中风中经络辨证分型的重要参考。Objective：Through the analysis of 112 cases of patients with stroke in the meridian and head MRI imaging features,to explore MRI image regularity of the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in stroke. Methods：112 cases of patients with stroke in the meridian and MRI imaging features were analyzed by using the medical statistics analysis to summarize the correlation of the two. Result：Stroke in the meridian and head MRI imaging had relevant relationship. Conclusion：Head MRI imaging diagnosis can be an important reference of stroke in the meridian.
