摘　　要：目的:探讨手法治疗膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)的作用机理。方法:检索近年来关于手法治疗膝骨关节炎文献并进行归纳总结其作用机理。结果:手法治疗KOA有显著的疗效,其作用机理纷繁复杂。结论:临床上肯定了手法治疗KOA的疗效,手法治疗KOA作用机理复杂,仍需进一步研究探讨其作用机理。Objective ： To explore the mechanism of massage therapy for knee osteoarthritis. Method ：We retrieved literatures regarding on massage therapy for knee osteoarthritis in recent years and summarizedits mechanism. Result： Massage treatment has a significant effect on knee osteoarthritis and its mechanismis very complex. Conclusion ： Efficacy on KOA of massage therapy has been proved clinically, but itsmechanism has complex process and need further investigation.
