城市历史地段的复兴策略研究——以淮安市里运河活力带城市设计为例

摘　　要：城市历史地段能够展示特定历史时期城市传统风貌、体现城市独特魅力、表现城市多元化的文化特征,堪称城市发展史上"活的化石"。但受城市功能和空间结构演变的影响,某些城市历史地段成为城市的弱势空间和发展的盲点,并遭受到不同程度的破坏。以淮安市里运河活力带城市设计为例,重点研究如何发掘城市历史地段的潜力,探讨城市历史地段功能和文化复兴的途径与方法,以为现代城市对历史地段的保护与开发提供借鉴。Urban historical district, so -called ＂ living fossil＂, could reveal the traditional landscape and u- nique charm of urban culture shaped at certain historical epoch, and also express the cuhural diversity of mod em city. But some urban historical districts are decaying inevitably because of the conversion of urban functions and transformation of urban eenters. So it became the blind spot in urban development gradually and was dam- aged by some construction behavior. The substance object of this article is to interpret how to realize the function and culture renaissance by studying the urban design of the Huai＇an internal canal.
