刍论中国武术段位制推广普及的“三动三不动”

摘　　要：文章采用实地考察法、专家访谈法等研究方法分析当前中国武术段位制推广普及进程中存在的"三动三不动"问题。结论认为:中国武术段位制推广普及过程中存在"外动内不动"、"上动下不动"和"心动行不动"的现象,影响了武术段位制的全面深入开展,进而制约整个武术标准化、国际化发展。建议:强化监管,切实提高段位制推广普及的质量;将段位制体系评估作为武术行业领域准入机制,切实提高段位制的"含金量";建立武术段位制推广的统一战线;加强武术职能部分对段位制的深入学习和工作认知,提升业务能力和服务意识等。Object： Using the research methods of field investigation, expert interview to analyze the existing Chinese Wushu Duan system popularization in the process of ＂three dos and three not-dos＂ problems. The main conclusions：Chinese Wushu Duan system popularization exists in the process of ＂outside do but the inside not-do＂, ＂the upper do but the lower not do＂ and ＂the intentions do but the actions not do＂ phenomena, which affects the comprehensive and in-depth development of Wushu Duan system, thus restricts the entire Wushu standardization, internationalization development. Suggestions： strengthening supervision, and effectively improving the quality of the Dan popularization; the evaluation system of Wushu Dan system as the industry access mechanism, and effectively improving the Dan ＂gold content＂; establishing a united front organization of Wushu promotion; strengthening the function of part of the Dan system in-depth study and work of cognitive, promoting service ability and service consciousness etc.
