摘　　要：采用文献资料法研究民国时期1927-1937年上海民众运动发展状况。研究结论:1927-1937年是近代上海民众体育发展的黄金十年,这一时期处于一个相对和平的环境,上海的民众体育逐渐具有了制度化的特征:通过民众体育机构设置、分工及颁布的法规;民众场馆规划与建设;民众体育比赛与运动会的开展;民众体育发展中的体育社团等几个方面来分析,充分展示当时民众体育发展特点与状况。上海民众体育发展的模式和措施在今天仍有很大的借鉴价值。Using the literature research method, the paper studies the development status of 1927-1937 years of mass sports in Shanghai in the period of Republic of China. Conclusions： 1927-1937 was the gold ten-year for the development of mass sports in modern Shanghai, this time was in a relatively peaceful environment, Shanghai mass sports gradually had the characteristics of institutionalization; through public sports organization setting, division of labor and law publication, public venue planning and construction, public sports and games carried out in a few people; sports in the development of sports associations and other aspects are analyzed in the paper, to fully display the characteristics of the development of sports and the situation. Shanghai mass sports development mode and measures still have great reference value for today.
