摘　　要：骨碎补是治疗骨质疏松方剂中的一味常用中药,近年来不断有研究表明骨碎补具有促进骨形成和抑制骨吸收的双重抗骨质疏松活性。本研究综述了骨碎补含药血清、水提物、醇提物、总黄酮以及单体成分等对成骨细胞、破骨细胞和骨质疏松动物模型作用的最新研究进展,以期为该药材的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。Drynariafortunei （Kunze） J. Sm. has been widely used for the treatment of osteoporosis. In recent years, it has been found that Drynaria fortunei can not only stimulate the bone formation, but also inhibit the bone resorption. In this paper, the current status of the anti-osteoporotic mechanism by Drynariafortunei medicated serum, water extracts, ethanol extracts, total flavones and effective component have been reviewed. All these are based on osteoblast, osteoclast and animal models of osteoporosis. We hope this paper could provide a thread for develop new drugs which can be used in osteoporosis clinical treatment.
