摘 要:Ect4/SARM是进化上高度保守、具有多个结构域的蛋白质,其同源基因广泛存在于从节肢动物至脊椎动物的进化谱系中。Ect4/SARM具有三种特殊的结构域,分别称为SAM、ARM与TIR,三者都与蛋白-蛋白的相互作用相关又具有各自的功能。研究表明,Ect4/SARM主要在免疫系统、细胞凋亡及神经系统中起作用,与组织发育、免疫、凋亡以及代谢调控相关。在不同的物种、不同的组织中,Ect4/SARM显示出不同的亚细胞定位和功能,因此Ect4/SARM可能具有物种特异性及组织特异性,其具体的亚细胞定位和功能有待于进一步研究。Ect4/SARM is a highly conserved and structurally specific protein. Its homologues in evolutionary lineages have been discovered from arthropods to vertebrates. Ect4/SARM has three special domains, which are named SAM, ARM and TIR. All of which relate to protein-protein interactions, and each has its functions respectively. Studies to date have suggested that Ect4/SARM mainly play important roles in the im- mune system, apoptosis and nervous system, which related to development, immune, apoptosis and regulation of metabolism. However, Ect4/SARM has showed different sub-cellular localization and functions in variety of species and tissues. Therefore, Ect4/SARM probably has specificity of species and tissues and its specific sub-cellular localization and functions need to be further studied.
