摘　　要：针对机械手刀库的安全隐患问题,编制了相应的安全程序,包括防止刀库运转计数错误、防止刀库机械手与主轴发生碰撞。经处理后的刀库应用于实践中,提高了机床的生产效率及精度,并延长了使用寿命。Aimed at the hidden safety problems of tool magazine in a manipulator, the corresponding safety program was com- piled. Avoiding tool magazine counter error and prevention of the manipulator collision with spindle were included. Through the practical application of this tool magazine after programming, the production efficiency and the precision of the machine tool are improved, and its service life is prolonged.
