摘 要:研究了静压气体推力轴承气膜内气体压力分布、轴承承载能力的检测方法并研制了实验装置。该实验装置有以下两方面的优点:一是采用极坐标运动平台定位气体压力传感器测试点,实现气膜内气体压力检测,同时避免了x-y运动平台双轴联动定位误差。二是采用杠杆加载原理,可避免直接加载对砝码尺寸的限制,扩大实验加载力的范围,还能实现力的连续加载,且不会产生加载力波动。实验结果与仿真结果吻合,达到了预期的要求。检测方法和实验装置可为超精密静压气体润滑理论的进一步发展提供有力的实验支撑。The testing method of aerostatic thrust bearings' static performance such as gas pressure of inner film and load carrying capacity was investigated, and corresponding experimental apparatus was developed. The experimental device had the following two ad- vantages : One was that polar coordinate platform was used to locate sensors' testing point of gas pressure, which achieved the test of pressure in gas inner film, and the biaxial positioning error in x-y movement platform was avoided. The other was that by using lever loading principle, restrictions on the size of weight in direct loading was avoided, the scope of the loading force in experiment was ex- panded, also enable continuous loading force without fluctuation was achieved. Experimental results and simulation results are the same, which meet the anticipative requirements. The testing method and experimental apparatus can provide effective experimental sup- port for the further development of ultra-precision aerostatic gas lubrication theory.
