摘 要:建立了由砂轮不平衡量引起的主轴系统相对于砂轮架的二自由度振动模型,推导出砂轮不平衡量与主轴系统振动位移之间的关系。理论分析和实验结果表明:与目前的单自由度振动模型相比,信号中干扰成分更少,能够提高砂轮不平衡量的在线检测精度。同时,借助此信号也可对砂轮主轴系统的工作状态进行在线监控。The two degrees of freedom (2-DOF) mathematic model of grinding wheel shaft vibrating that arose from the unbalance relative to grinding carriage was established. The relationship between the unbalance of grinding wheel and vibrating displacement of spindle system was deduced. With theoretical analysis and experimental results, it shows that singles sampled with the mathematic mod- el contain less interference by comparing with single degree of freedom vibrating mathematic model. The online detection precision of grinding wheel unbalance can be improved. At the same time, the state in working of grinding wheel shaft can be monitored in virtue of the sampled signal.
