摘  要:智能井技术是一种新兴油藏生产管理技术,通过地面控制系统,协调控制井下各产层的生产。从单井开采控制、多层合采控制等方面介绍流量控制阀的应用,并通过流体动力学来探讨节流面积、过流流量和阀前后压差间的数值关系,为节流阀的设计提供有力的理论依据。并通过CFX建立流量控制阀的流场数值模型,进一步的验证节流面积、过流流量和阀前后压差间的关系。As one of the most advanced technologies in oilfield development in the world today, smart well can be used to con- trol the production of different lay in the oil well. In this paper, the application of flow control valve is introduced from single zone control and multiple zone control, and the relationship of valve orifice size, the flow discharge and the pressure drop of the front and back are discussed, thus provide a strong theoretical basis for the flow control valve design. Finally, the relation- ship of valve orifice size, the flow discharge and the pressure drop of the front and back are further verified though the flow field analysis model of the flow control valve which is established by CFX.
