摘　　要：齿面接触分析(TCA)可以直接反应准双曲面齿轮的啮合质量,运用TCA研究不同加工调整参数对齿轮啮合的影响,得到其影响规律,为实际生产加工参数调整提供理论依据。Tooth contact analysis can directly reflect the meshing quality of hypoid gear, the influence on gear meshing per- formance with different processing parameters is studied by using the tooth contact analysis technology, and the influence rules of the meshing gears performance under varied processing parameters are obtained. The theoretical foundation of actual pro- cessing parameters adjustment is thus established.
