摘　　要：在中国古代货币史中,明代是十分特殊的时代,流通过大明宝钞、铜钱、白银三种货币,这三种货币都不同程度陷入被伪造的危机当中。明代规定了较为完善的治理伪造货币犯罪的立法,但是最终由于货币政策的重大失误而使伪造货币犯罪的治理走向失败,进而导致国家丧失了货币铸造发行权,成为明代败亡的因素之一。In Chinese ancient currency history, the Ming Dynasty is a very special time, flow through the Datreasurecoins, currency, the Bai Yinsan, the three currencies are different degrees in forged crisis. The MingDynastydefined governance perfect counterfeit currency crime legislation, but eventually because of majorfaults ofmonetary policy and the governance of counterfeiting currency crime to failure, which led to the lossof nationalmonetary casting distribution rights, become one of the factors of the downfall of the Mingdynasty.
