以质量为“传送带” 提高医疗联合体运行效能

摘　　要：自2001年起,某军队医院与张家口、内蒙、山西等63家县旗地方医院组建了"双拥医疗联合体",与13家社区卫生机构建立了对口支援帮带关系,实现了军地双赢、患者受益的良性发展局面。近年来,该军队医院积极适应国家医药卫生体制改革,不断完善联合体运行机制,深化合作模式和内涵,建立了以质量为"传送带"提升联合体医院运行效能的模式,提高了患者诊疗效率和质量,有效缓解了"看病难、看病贵"问题。From 2001,our hospital has founded a double-supported regional medical associations with 63 county hospitals from ZhangJiakou,Neimeng,Shanxi and some other provinces,and built a counterpart assistance of helping and bringing up relation with 13 community health service agencies,and formed a benign development of twowins of the arm and the clinicians and patients benefited.In recent years,our hospital actively adapts to the medical system reform by perfecting the circulate mechanism of the regional medical associations,deepening the operation efficiency of the medical associations by'Conveyer Belt'of quality,and improving the patients hospitalizing efficiency and quality.As a result,the issue of inaccessible and expensive health care is alleviated.
