摘　　要：医学生作为未来医生的主要人才储备源,健全的人格、健康的心理对其未来的救死扶伤、治病救人至关重要。以3个典型案例为契入点,总结医学大学生思想教育和心理疏导策略的选择与应用的实践经验,分析问题出现的原因,探索行之有效的应对策略。Medical students are the future doctors,and sound personality and mental health of them is crucial to heal the wounded and rescue the dying.Applying three typical cases as a starting point,this study summarized the experience of strategy choice and application of ideological education and psychological counseling for medical college students,analyzed the causes of problems,and explored effective coping strategies.This study could provide experience and open thinking for ideological and political and psychological counseling for medical college students.
