摘　　要：自我隐瞒是影响个体身心健康的重要因素。对国内外自我隐瞒相关研究进行综述,主要介绍了自我隐瞒的概念、相关理论及研究焦点。进一步探讨自我隐瞒对健康的影响机制,加强实验研究和纵向研究是未来研究的趋势。Self-concealment is one of the important factors influencing individual physical and mental health.This article provides an overview of self-concealment researches at home and abroad,including the self-concealment researches on the conception,related theories and research focuses.Further study of effect variables and its influence mechanism on health,reinforcing experimental and longitudinal researches are the trends of research in this field.
