摘  要:在水平井稠油热采工艺中,热补偿器用于降低管柱热应力损害,通常为等间距安装。基于水平段注热温度分布和应力分布规律,提出了热补偿器的"非等间距"安装方法。将水平段温度分布简化为线性变化规律,采用分段法和积分法分别得到了管材热应力和对应变形量的计算方法,进而形成了合理确定热采水平井热力补偿器的数量、补偿距和安装位置的非等间距优化设计方法。计算分析表明:对于水平段长度为190m的热采水平井,与非等间距安装方法相比,等间距安装的最大偏差达到10.75%,偏差距离为4.7m。非等间距安装具有缓解管柱热应力效果更明显、损坏风险更低等优点。Heavy oil thermal recovery of horizontal well is the primary means of heavy oil reservoir development,thermal compensation for reducing thermal stress damage to the string,typically equidistant installation.Based on the horizontal section temperature distribution and stress distribution,a'non-equidistant'installation method of thermal compensation is proposed.The temperature distribution in the horizontal section simplified linear variation,using segmentation method and integral method to obtain the calculation method of pipe thermal stress and the amount of corresponding deformation,and then forming a reasonable non-equidistant optimum design method to determine the number,compensation from and the position of thermal stress compensator.Calculation shows that:For a 190 mlong thermal recovery horizontal well,equidistant spacing installation has the maximum error of 10.75% and deviation distance of 4.7mcompared with non-equidistant spacing installation method;Non-equidistant spacing installation method having the advantage of easing the thermal stress more effectively and lower the risk of damage.
