水平井裸眼砾石充填管柱改进与应用

摘　　要：砾石充填对于提高粉细砂岩和高泥质含量油藏的防砂成功率和延长防砂有效期具有明显的效果。现有裸眼砾石充填管柱存在管柱到位无显示、充填总成关闭不严、阻流器分段效果差、环空充填率低等问题。针对这些问题进行了改进,设计了具有工具到位信号显示、充填口自扶正和双级密封功能的底部充填装置和压差式阻流器,提高了工具可靠性。现场应用表明,改进后的工艺管柱施工成功率100%,平均环空充填率98%。Gravel packing sand control is obviously effective in enhancing the sand control success ratio and extending the sand control longevity for pulps sandstone.The existing openhole gravel packing column has some deficiencies such as no signal displaying while the column reaches the designated position,incompletely sealed effect of bottom gravpack-integration,poorly sectional effect of detention-component,and lower compaction percentage of screen casing annulus.A specific improvement was done.A bottom gravpack-integration with reaching event marker,self-action circulation port were registered,two-stage isolation and a detention-component based on hydraulic pressure difference were developed.Field application indicated that operating success ratio of improved column is 100%,and average compaction percentage of screen casing annulus is 98%.
