摘  要:目的:观察慢性盐负荷对成年人血清肾胺酶浓度的影响。方法:选取42例28~65岁的成年人参与为期2周的慢性盐负荷试验,包括3d基线调查及低盐饮食、高盐饮食各7d的研究。每个阶段均测量血压,并收集血、尿标本。测定24h尿钠、钾含量;血清肾胺酶采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定。结果:与基线期相比,低盐饮食可显著升高受试者血清肾胺酶水平[(5.10±0.181比(8.12±0.42)mg/L,P〈0.01]:高盐负荷后,受试者血清肾胺酶的浓度[(5.65±0.17)mg/L]较低盐期明显下降(P〈0.01),血清肾胺酶浓度与24h尿钠排泄存在负相关关系(r=-0.459,P〈0.01)。结论:成年人膳食盐的摄入可能影响血清肾胺酶的浓度,发挥血压的调控作用。Objective To study the effect of chronic salt loading on serum renalase levels in adults. Methods Forty- two healthy subjects (28-65 years of age) were enrolled, and all were sequentially maintained on a low-sah diet for 7 d (3.0 g/d of NaCI), a high-salk diet for 7 d (18.0 g/d of NaCI). On the last day of each period, the serum and 24 h urine samples were collected. Serum renalase was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit. Results Serum renalase level was significantly higher during the low-sah diet period than the baseline level [(8.12±0.42) mg/L vs (5.10±0.18) mg/L, P〈0.01]. Renalase level decreased with the change from the low-salt to high-salt diet [(8.12±0.42)) mg/L vs (5.65±0.17) rag/L, P〈0.01]. There was a significant inverse correlation between serum renalase level and 24-h urinary sodium excretion (r=-0.459, P〈0.01 ). Conclusions Variations in dietary salt intake might affect the serum renalase level in adults and play a role in regulation of blood pressure.
