摘 要:目的:探讨睾酮贴剂对尿中类固醇浓度的影响,为建立针对睾酮贴剂的兴奋剂直接检测方法及生物护照检测方法奠定基础。方法:征集2名男性志愿者,贴敷睾酮贴剂,并于给药后6天内收集14份尿样。对尿样中相关类固醇浓度进行测定。结果:用药后尿样中T/E上升,但An、Etio、5α-diol和5β-diol浓度变化不明显。结论:睾酮贴剂的使用可影响尿样中类固醇浓度。此研究结果有助于完善睾酮类兴奋剂的检测。Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the influences of administration of testosterone-patch on the urine steroid profile in order to provide direct detection technique for doping control. Methods Two healthy young volunteers were recruited in this study. Testosterone-patch was administered to each volunteer,and 14 urine samples were collected 6 days after the administration,then urinary steroid profiles were analyzed. Results After the administration,T/E ratios increased. However, no obvious changes were observed in the urine concentrations of An, Etio, 5α-diol, and 5β-diol. Conclusion The administration of testosterone-patch resulted in the changes of urine steroid profile, and thus could be helpful for developing testosterone-patch detection method in doping control.
