摘　　要：目的:研究乳腺癌细胞激素受体(HR)、Her2表达与乳腺B超和乳腺M R I检查对乳腺癌患者腋窝淋巴结状态术前评估准确性之间的关系。方法:以单因素与多因素分析的方法回顾性分析218例进行根治性手术的乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中HR、Her2表达与B超和MRI2种检查准确性间的关系。结果:HR、Her2表达为B超和MRI检查敏感性以及阴性预测值的独立影响因素,肿瘤大小与B超和M R I2种检查的阴性预测值呈独立负相关。结论:HR表达和Her2扩增可能会提高B超和MRI2种检查的敏感性。Objective： To investigate the relationship between different status of IHC indicators and the accuracy of ultrasound and MRI test on predicting axillary lymph node status in breast cancer patients. Methods： Retrospectively collecting 218 breast cancer patients to find the relationship be-tween HR, Her2 status, tumor grade, size and the accuracy of two tests through univariate and multivariate analysis. Results： Tumor size, HR negative and Her2 positive are independent influence factors of sensitivity and NPV of two tests. Conclusion： HR negative and Her2 positive will upgrade sensitivity and NPV of two tests while the increasing of tumor will lower the NPV of two tests.
