摘 要:基于本生灯火焰测试,研究CH4与Air的预混火焰的稳定特性随本生灯尺寸和燃气当量比的变化关系,获得与先前测试比较吻合的结果。预混火焰的脱火极限随燃气当量比的增加而逐渐增加,而回火极限随燃气当量比呈抛物线型变化关系,峰值出现在燃气当量比φ=1附近。对测试结果进行综合分析。结果发现:本生灯大小基本与火焰脱火极限无关,而对回火极限略有影响,但这种影响关系主要存在于小尺寸本生灯测试。随着燃气掺氢比的增大,混合气体火焰的稳定区间有变宽的趋势,这主要归因于氢气掺混增大火焰传播速度。掺氢率对预混火焰的脱火及回火极限的影响可近似为线性关系,本生灯直径越小,该线性增加率越大,而燃气当量比基本对该线性增加率无影响。Based on the measurement of Bunsen flames, the relationship between stability characteristics of methane premixed flames in air and burner size as well as mixture equivalent ratio was studied. And fair agreements were obtained. The blow-off limits of premixed flame increase with the increase of equivalent ratio, while the flash-back limits show a variation as parabola, in which the peak value appears near where mixture equivalence ratio equals unity. A comprehensive analysis was made for the present measurements and literature data. The results show that the blow-out limits are generally independent of burner size, whereas burner size has a weak effect on the flash-back, and the effect is only significant for relatively small burner. The stabilization of premixed flame is enhanced with the increase of hydrogen addition, which is primarily due to the fact that the flame speed is promoted by hydrogen addition. Linear coefficients are proposed to characterize the effects of hydrogen blending ratio on flame limits of blow-off and flash-back. And the smaller the burner is, the larger coefficients will be, but equivalent ratio presents a weak effect.
