摘　　要：知识产权体检服务作为知识产权服务业中一种全新业态,有着良好的市场前景和巨大的发展潜力。培育和发展知识产权体检服务业需要坚持政策和市场需求双轮驱动、严格市场准入和退出机制、构建并实施知识产权体检服务质量管理体系、培育一批全科医生,重点发展好"治疗式"体检、"诊断式"体检和"管理式"体检三种运营模式,探索需求培育和增加有效供给,支撑创新驱动发展。As a new form of intellectual property service of intellectual property rights, physical examination has a good market pros- pect and great potential for development. It is necessary to adhere to the policy and market demand oriented, establish strict access and exit mechanism, implement the service quality management system, and cultivate a number of general practitioners for intellectual property rights of medical services. In the future, we should pay attention to the three kinds of operation modes such as therapeutic physical examination, diagnostic examination and regulatory examination, explore the market demand and increase the supply effectively to support the innovation-driven develoument.
