摘　　要："坚持依法治国首先要坚持依宪治国",中国的宪法实施和宪法理论正受到前所未有的关注。由于公民普遍的宪法观念还没有真正形成,宪法的实施和监督制度还不够完善,中国的宪法权威还远远没有树立起来。有必要从政治民主的维度、法治秩序的维度、公共生活的维度、个人权利的维度以及后代人利益的维度,分析宪法的基本价值这样一个时代话题,为中国最终走向"依宪治国",为公民宪法观念的养成以及中国宪法文化的形成提供理论的支撑。宪法的生命在于实施,具有宪法精神的公民才能成为推动宪法实施的伟大力量。'Upholding the rule of law should first adhere to the rule of constitution. 'The implementation of the Constitution and constitutional theory has been recently under unprecedented attention in China. Unfortunately,the Constitutional authority is far from being established due to the general lack of modern constitution's spirit,and the imperfection of constitutional enforcement and supervision system. It is necessary to analyze the constitution's values from five dimensions including political democracy,the rule of law,public life,and the individual rights and of interests of future generations. The purpose of the research is to provide the theoretical support for the cultivation of citizen's constitution's spirit and the establishment of constitutional culture in China. The vitality of the constitution lies in its implementation. Only w ith the spirit of modern constitution,can common citizens become a great force to promote the implementation of the constitution.
