摘 要:目的对结石化学成分进行分析,为尿路结石的治疗和预防提供资料。方法对156例患者尿路结石标本进行化学成分定性测定,结合临床资料进行比较。结果男性发病多于女性,男女比例3:2,30~60岁高发,成分以草酸钙、磷酸钙和尿酸盐混合结石为主。结论肾结石成分分析对于了解肾结石成因、预防结石形成和复发具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the components of renal stones and provide information for better prevention and treatment of this disease. Methods The chemical components of 156 renal stone samples were examined to compare with clinical data. Results Renal stones were more often found in men than women with a ratio of 3:2, especially among those aging from 30 to 60 years old. The common components of renal stones were a mixture mainly composed of calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate and urates. Conclusion Chemical composition analysis may provide important information for investigation of the pathogenesis of renal stones and prevention and treatment.
