摘　　要：正确处理征占耕地引起的各种矛盾,对于维护农村社会稳定,加快社会主义新农村建设起着至关重要的作用,该文就征地补偿费存在的诸多问题提出相应的对策建议。It is essentially important to handle correctly various contradictions caused by the requisition of cultivated land,for the maintaining rural social stability,speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside. Some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for resolving various problems in land requisition fund were put forward.
