摘　　要：就新标准GB 7251.1/IEC 61439-1《低压成套开关设备和控制设备第1部分:总则》和GB 7251.2/IEC 61439-2《低压成套开关设备和控制设备第2部分:成套电力开关和控制设备》,对比原(老)标准GB 7251.1/IEC 60439-1《低压成套开关设备和控制设备第1部分:型式试验和部分型式试验成套设备》的条款,整理归纳新老标准之间的主要差异。介绍、解释并浅析了部分新标准中引入的新概念和新内容。For the new standard GB 7251. 1 / IEC 61439-1： ＂Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies-Part1： General Rules ＂ and GB 7251. 2 / IEC 61439-2： ＂Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies-Part2： Power Switchgear Controlgear Assemblies＂,comparing with the items of the old standard GB7251. 1 / IEC 60439-1： ＂Low Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies-Part1： Type-Tested Partially TypeTested Assemblies＂,this paper introduced the main difference between the new and old standards,and interpreted the new concept and new contents which is inducted into the part of new standard.
